Neighborhoods

West Point Family Homes is comprised of 16 distinct neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at West Point. Select neighborhoods are also open to other qualified applicants, as indicated below. Band

The Band neighborhood offers spacious four-bedroom historic homes featuring ceiling fans, a porch and ample green space. Families in Band are located within walking distance of West Point Middle School, the Community Center and a playground.
